“A Journey Through Time” at Książ Castle — as an assistant florist I worked on the floral creations, flower costumes for the festival performers, under the direction of Małgorzata Szwagiel.

From 30 April to 3 May 2026 Książ Castle in Wałbrzych hosted the TAURON Festival of Flowers and Art — the castle's biggest show of the year. This year's edition, "A Journey Through Time", led visitors through the ages: from a medieval forest, through Empire-style structures and the Enlightenment, to the City of greenery, porcelain and coal for Wałbrzych's 600th anniversary. The castle interiors were decorated by florists from all over Poland in four groups, including the Polish Florists' Association.

In the Association's team I worked as an assistant florist on the floral creations coordinated by Małgorzata Szwagiel. We made flower costumes for the performers — gowns, wigs, collars and headpieces in which figures from past eras strolled around the castle courtyards among the visitors. We worked on it together with Event Fabryka and the performers.
